SodaSlim Official Website: Daily Metabolism and Appetite Support with Green Tea and Caffeine
SodaSlim is one capsule taken each morning.
A bottle holds 30 capsules, a month at that rate. The front panel names 5 botanicals led by caffeine anhydrous and green tea, and prints no amount for any of them. Packs run $49 to $79 a bottle with a 60-day guarantee.
This page covers what the five ingredients are, the dose each one was actually tested at, how the morning routine works, what the ladder costs, what the six bonuses are, what buyers report, and how to claim inside the 60 days.

What SodaSlim is, in plain terms
SodaSlim is a capsule. One a day, taken in the morning, 30 to a bottle, which makes a bottle exactly a month. There is no powder to measure, no gummy to chew and nothing to mix into water. The routine is the simplest one this category offers, and simplicity is a real feature: the commonest reason a supplement stops working is that somebody stops taking it.
The front of the bottle sets out what it is sold for in four lines: metabolic and appetite support, craving control and satiety, energy production from fat, and healthy weight management. Those four are structure and function statements, and they are the ceiling on everything written on this website. SodaSlim is not a drug, it is not FDA-approved, and nothing here will tell you it causes weight loss.
Behind those four lines sit five botanicals. Two of them, caffeine and green tea extract, have a large and genuinely interesting human literature. One, green coffee bean, has a smaller one with a retraction sitting in the middle of it. One, garcinia, has a well-conducted trial that found nothing. And one, raspberry ketone, has never been tested in a human being on its own at any dose.
No amount appears beside any of the five ingredients, on the bottle or on the seller's page. For four of them that is ordinary in this category. For caffeine anhydrous it matters more, because the difference between a capsule holding 40 mg and one holding 200 mg is the difference between a cup of tea and two strong coffees, and only one of those stacks safely onto a morning flat white.
How the SodaSlim artwork sets the product out
Five pieces of artwork ship with this product. Each one is doing a job, and between them they describe the capsule the seller wants you to picture.
What is inside SodaSlim, and what each part has been tested at
Read the list in the order the artwork prints it, because that order is itself informative. Caffeine comes first. In a formula where the amounts are unstated, the first-named ingredient is the one most likely to be present in quantity, and it is also the only one here with a same-day effect a person can feel.
| Ingredient | What it is | Where the evidence sits |
|---|---|---|
| Caffeine Anhydrous | Dried, purified caffeine powder | The strongest of the five. It raises energy expenditure measurably and reliably, and the effect is small |
| Green Coffee Bean Extract | Unroasted coffee, standardised for chlorogenic acid | Small trials, mixed results, and a retraction at the centre of the ingredient's fame |
| Raspberry Ketone | The aroma compound that gives raspberries their smell | Mice only. No human trial of it on its own exists |
| Garcinia Extract | Rind extract standardised for hydroxycitric acid | One large, well-run trial that found nothing, and a liver-injury literature attached to it |
| Green Tea Extract | Leaf extract standardised for catechins, chiefly EGCG | A real thermogenic signal alongside caffeine, and a liver-safety file that grows at high doses |
Two of those rows deserve a sentence more. Green tea extract and caffeine were tested together in the study that made this whole category interesting: the 1999 green tea extract trial gave an extract supplying 90 mg of EGCG and 50 mg of caffeine three times a day and measured a rise in 24-hour energy expenditure larger than caffeine alone produced. That is a genuine finding and it is also a modest one. The Cochrane review of green tea for weight later pooled the trials and found the weight effect small and not statistically important.
Garcinia is the clearest case of a good idea failing a good test. The 1998 JAMA trial gave 1,500 mg of hydroxycitric acid a day for twelve weeks and found no difference from placebo in fat mass lost. It is cited here because it is the strongest evidence that exists about this ingredient, and it happens to be negative.
The ingredients page takes all five apart properly, with the dose each trial used printed beside each one.
The SodaSlim label against the published research
Every row in the middle column says the same thing, and that is the point of the table rather than a fault in it. A reader cannot compare this capsule with any trial, because there is nothing on this label to compare. What the right-hand column gives is the only thing available: the amount at which each ingredient was actually studied, so the scale is in view even when the capsule's own contribution is not.
Three things follow from that, and they are worth stating once rather than scattering through the page. First, nobody, including this desk, can tell you whether SodaSlim is dosed like the research. Second, the seller could settle it in an afternoon by publishing a panel. Third, that is a normal state of affairs in this category and it is still a reason to buy the smallest pack first.
The 2012 green coffee crossover study carries the PubMed publication type Retracted Publication. Nearly every green coffee marketing page still leans on it, usually without saying so. It is listed in our sources as a retraction and never as a result, because a reader deciding what green coffee bean extract is worth should know that its most famous evidence was withdrawn.
How SodaSlim is meant to work across a day
Morning, with the capsule
Caffeine is absorbed quickly and peaks in the blood within about an hour. Whatever this capsule contains, that is when it arrives. The seller's stated reason for morning dosing is energy and appetite across the working day.
Through the working hours
Caffeine and green tea catechins were shown together to raise 24-hour energy expenditure in the 1999 trial. The size of that effect in a real week is small enough that it will not show on a scale by itself, and it is real enough to be worth having alongside the rest of what you do.
Around meals
The appetite half of the label's claim is where garcinia and green coffee sit. The satiety trials on hydroxycitric acid used 900 mg and more a day and found modest effects on energy intake at best. Expect a nudge rather than a switch.
Evening, and the part nobody mentions
A morning capsule is furthest from bedtime, which matters because caffeine taken late measurably shortens and fragments sleep. Poor sleep works against appetite regulation, so the timing instruction is doing more work than it looks like it is doing.
None of that is a mechanism claim about the finished capsule. It is what the individual ingredients do in the people they have been studied in. The how-it-works page goes through each step in detail, including the two places where the popular explanation and the evidence part company.

Prices as printed by the seller on 19 September 2026. The checkout shows the current price, and the struck figures are the seller’s own comparison prices rather than a recent selling price. Each pack is a one-time payment with no subscription.
The ladder starts at two bottles, not one. That is unusual and it is worth knowing before you compare this price with a single bottle elsewhere: the cheapest way into SodaSlim is $158 and covers two months. The six-bottle pack is the cheapest per bottle at $49 and the seller says 96% of buyers take it, which is a sales figure rather than advice.
The three-bottle pack is the one this desk would point at. It carries free shipping and all six bonuses, it costs $69 a bottle rather than $79, and ninety days is roughly the span the trials behind these ingredients ran over. It also keeps most of your money inside a sixty-day guarantee, which the six-bottle pack does not.
The six bonuses attached to the larger SodaSlim packs
| Bonus | Title | Value the seller prints |
|---|---|---|
| #1 | Sleep Live Better | $67 |
| #2 | Accelerated Metabolism | $59 |
| #3 | Facial Rejuvenation | $67 |
| #4 | Renova Flora Protocol | $77 |
| #5 | 10-Day Metabolic Challenge | $49 |
| #6 | Personalized Usage Guide | $39 |
Attached to the three and six-bottle packs only. Delivered digitally, so nothing here affects shipping or the weight of the parcel.
The six add up to $358 at the prices the seller prints against them, which is more than the capsules cost. Treat that figure the way you would treat any stated value on a digital product: it is what the seller says it is worth, not what anyone has paid. Four of the six are about sleep, habits, digestion and timing, and one is a skincare course with no connection to the capsule at all.
They are not a reason to buy a larger pack than you want. They are a reason to prefer three bottles over two if you were already choosing between those two, because the step from two to three costs $49 and adds a month of capsules, free shipping and the whole bonus set. What each one actually contains is set out separately.
What SodaSlim buyers report

4.7 out of 5
1,049 written reviews behind it, 9,258 orders counted, and 90% saying they would recommend it. Those are the seller's own summary figures rather than verified transcripts, and they are printed here as what the seller claims.
The pattern underneath the score is more useful than the score. What buyers like is the single morning capsule and the sixty-day window. What they dislike is a slow start, and wanting more in the first week. The most common wait before anyone reports a change is 3–6 weeks, and the most common pack is 3 bottles.
Read that wait figure carefully, because it is the most honest thing in the review set. Three to six weeks is not what a sales page promises and it is what buyers describe. It also sits comfortably inside the sixty-day window, which is the practical reason the window is the length it is. The reviews page breaks the roster down and answers the four complaints that come up most.
SodaSlim pros and cons, set side by side
What SodaSlim does well
- One capsule, once a day, with no measuring and no mixing
- Thirty capsules a bottle, so a bottle is exactly a month and nothing has to be counted
- Two of the five ingredients have real human evidence behind them
- Sixty days from purchase to claim, opened bottles included
- Free US shipping and six bonuses from three bottles up
- One payment per pack, with nothing that rebills
Where SodaSlim falls short
- No amount is printed for any of the five ingredients
- The lead ingredient is caffeine, and a stimulant of unstated strength is harder to fit around coffee
- Raspberry ketone has no human evidence at any dose
- Garcinia failed the largest trial run on it
- The ladder starts at two bottles, so there is no cheap way to sample it
- Six bottles is 180 days of capsules against a 60-day window
How SodaSlim compares with the rest of its category
| SodaSlim | A typical thermogenic | A single-ingredient capsule | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily routine | One capsule, morning | Two to four capsules, split | One or two capsules |
| Ingredients named | Five | Eight to fifteen | One |
| Amounts printed | None | Usually a proprietary blend total | Always, because there is only one |
| Stimulant | Yes, caffeine anhydrous | Almost always | Depends |
| Entry pack | Two bottles, $158 | One bottle | One bottle |
| Guarantee | 60 days | 30 to 90 days | 30 days typically |
Category columns describe what is common on the shelf rather than any one named competitor.
The short version of that table: SodaSlim's routine is simpler than most of the category and its disclosure is worse than a single-ingredient capsule and about level with a blend. Its guarantee is at the generous end. Its entry price is at the high end, because there is nothing smaller than two bottles to buy.
If what you want is a known dose of one thing, buy that one thing: a caffeine tablet prints its milligrams and a green tea extract capsule prints its EGCG. If what you want is a single morning habit with a long refund window and you accept that you will not know the amounts, this is a reasonable version of that.
The SodaSlim editorial score, and how it was reached
| What was judged | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Label disclosure | 2 / 10 | Five ingredients named, no amounts, no panel anywhere |
| Evidence behind the ingredients | 5 / 10 | Two strong, one mixed, one negative, one with nothing in humans |
| Routine and adherence | 9 / 10 | One capsule, one time of day, thirty to a bottle |
| Buying terms | 7 / 10 | Sixty days, free shipping from three bottles, no single bottle |
| Support and contact | 8 / 10 | A phone desk, two email routes and two street addresses |
| Honesty of the sales material | 4 / 10 | Claims on the seller's page run well past what the bottle claims |
That averages a little under six out of ten, and the two weakest rows are the two the seller could fix without changing the product. Publishing a panel would move the first row by five points on its own. Writing the sales page to the four claims the bottle actually prints would move the last one.
The routine score is not padding. Adherence is the largest single predictor of whether anybody gets anything out of a supplement, and a one-capsule morning habit is about as easy to keep as this category gets.
What a realistic SodaSlim timeline looks like
| When | What buyers report | What the evidence supports |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 to 3 | Something noticeable, usually alertness | Caffeine acts within the hour. This part is not in doubt |
| Week 1 | Little else. Several reviews say so plainly | Nothing in the green tea or garcinia literature works on this timescale |
| Week 2 to 3 | Appetite is the first thing people mention changing | The satiety trials ran two weeks at doses this label does not state |
| Week 3 to 6 | The most commonly reported point of change | Matches the shortest of the twelve-week trials at their first checkpoint |
| Week 8 and beyond | Steady, or a decision to stop | Twelve weeks is the standard trial length in this category |
The gap between column two and column three in the first row is the one to watch. Feeling something on day one is caffeine, and caffeine tolerance builds within days to weeks. Anybody judging this capsule on how alert they felt in the first week is judging the part that fades. The timeline page sets out what to measure and when.
The SodaSlim guarantee, and how to use it properly
Sixty days from purchase, and thirty days of use first
The seller asks for at least 30 days of use before a claim. Read that as the working instruction it is: take the capsule daily for a month, then decide, and you still have a month of window left to act in. Return postage is the buyer's, and the refund takes 3 to 5 business days to process once it is credited, then 5 to 10 days to appear on the card.
Start it by calling +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The website address cannot see orders and cannot open a refund. The five steps are here.
Before you take SodaSlim
- A dietary supplement, not a drug. A capsule — not a gummy and not liquid drops.
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and not FDA-approved.
- For healthy adults aged 18 and over. Not for anyone under 18.
- Not for pregnancy or nursing. The seller’s own page says so, and the caffeine is the reason.
- The formula contains caffeine and the amount is not printed, so it cannot be added up against the coffee, tea, cola or energy drinks taken the same day.
- Anyone with high blood pressure, a heart rhythm problem, an anxiety disorder or a sensitivity to stimulants should treat this as a stimulant product, because it is one.
- Do not take more than the label states unless a clinician tells you to.
- Individual results vary. Food, sleep and activity all still matter, and one capsule a day does not replace any of them.
This is a caffeine product whose caffeine content is unknown. If you already drink coffee, you cannot add the two together, because one of the two numbers is missing. The practical answer is to take the first capsule on a day with no coffee in it and see what it does on its own.

SodaSlim questions buyers ask before ordering
What is SodaSlim?
A once-daily morning capsule, sold as a dietary supplement and headed metabolic and appetite support. A bottle holds 30 capsules, which makes it a month. The front panel names five botanicals: caffeine anhydrous, green coffee bean extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia extract and green tea extract.
How many SodaSlim capsules a day, and when?
One, and the seller asks for it in the morning. Its stated reason is appetite control and energy across the working day. Given that the lead ingredient is caffeine, morning is also the timing that keeps it furthest from bedtime.
How much caffeine is in a SodaSlim capsule?
The label does not carry a figure, and neither does the seller's page. That is the single most useful number this product could publish and it is absent, which is why the side effects page treats the capsule as a stimulant of unknown strength rather than guessing at one.
Does SodaSlim have a Supplement Facts panel?
Not one this desk has been able to obtain. The bottle artwork shows a front panel only, and the seller's page names the five ingredients in prose. Where a panel exists we reproduce it; here there is nothing to reproduce, so the ingredients page prints the researched dose for each botanical instead.
What does SodaSlim cost?
Two bottles is $158, three is $207 and six is $294, which works out at $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. The three and six-bottle packs carry free US shipping and six digital bonuses. There is no single-bottle option; the ladder starts at two.
How long is the SodaSlim guarantee?
Sixty days from the date of purchase. The seller's own wording asks for at least 30 days of use before a claim, which leaves a month to decide. Start it by calling +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID.
Is SodaSlim a subscription?
No. Each pack is a single payment and nothing rebills. Keep the order email: it carries the order ID the refund desk asks for and the tracking link.
Who should not take SodaSlim?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or nursing, and anyone who has been told to keep stimulants down. The seller names high blood pressure and stimulant sensitivity specifically. If you take prescription medicine, ask before starting, because caffeine interacts with more of it than most people expect.
